Process: fix, build, run.
One team from the first site visit to long-term support. Each step ends with something you can review before the next one starts.
01 / Five steps
- 01
Consult
We visit the floor, watch the work and agree on what success means in numbers you care about.
Output: Feasibility note - 02
Design
Mechanical layout, controls architecture and safety plan, reviewed with your team before we cut metal.
Output: Cell layout + x-ray sheet - 03
Build
We assemble, wire and program the system, then test it against your real parts in our workshop.
Output: Tested system + report - 04
Deploy
Installation, commissioning and operator training on site, with a ramp-up plan that protects output.
Output: Commissioned cell - 05
Support
Maintenance, spare parts and remote monitoring so the system keeps running long after handover.
Output: Support plan
Before you get in touch.
01Do we need to replace our existing machines?
Usually not. Many projects add sensors, a controller or a robot cell next to equipment you already have.
02Can we start small?
Yes. A single cell or a prototype is a good way to prove the idea before a larger rollout.
03What does the first step involve?
A conversation about the task, then a site visit if it makes sense. You receive a short feasibility note before you commit to anything.
04Who looks after the system after installation?
We do. Maintenance, spare parts and remote monitoring are part of the support plan, with a local team you can reach.
05How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A fixture can take weeks; a full cell takes longer. You get a timeline at the end of the design phase.
06How is MOTUS related to AETHERON?
MOTUS is the robotics and automation company of AETHERON. Machines, controls and software are designed by one group.
